Is it still possible to retrieve the database snapshot?

My trial expired and my PostgreSQL service got suspended.
I cannot pay, but I urgently need to retrieve the database volume.
Is it still possible to temporarily re-enable the instance so I can export the data?

Railway is a paid service. Access to paid services, including suspended database volumes, requires an active subscription. If you wish to regain access to your PostgreSQL service and export your data, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.
