It keeps saying this in the deploy logs but not starting:

Your Postgres service recovered and has been running successfully since May 4 at 18:22 UTC. The volume mounted, crash recovery completed, and the database came online accepting connections. Regular checkpoints have been running normally since then.
The issue you experienced coincided with a resolved incident affecting stateful services with volumes: https://status.railway.com/incident/QK1OHYXB
