Hi there, apologies for the impact.
We're seeing a lot of growth on Hobby and Trial plans, which is causing backpressure to other systems.
Our team is hard at work fixing this issue and putting measures in place to ensure this does not happen again. We've taken measures by disabling non-pro deploys, and are seeing steady recovery.
From our perspective, Railway is designed to degrade gracefully, so although the build backpressure is frustrating, we are working to speed this system up and increase resiliency over the coming days.

Hello, just a quick update that the incident has since been resolved. We've also share a post here regarding it and an upcoming maintenance window. Hopefully it helps shed some more light on what happened today and what we're doing to improve the system further
