We're running a Bun-based Node.js service with Prisma as our ORM. We use bunx prisma migrate deploy as our pre-deploy command, which has worked reliably since the service was created.
However, we've recently encountered the issue described in https://station.railway.com/questions/deploys-stuck-on-pre-deploy-step-916a9a34: our deployments randomly stall during the pre-deploy stage. While most deployments complete within a few minutes, some take 20+ minutes, causing significant delays.
