Hi guys i need to reopen this again. my stuff has been stuck fro 2 hours. Please I need to push a hotfix because we did not close our webhooks. apparently have 70000 open connections.

Our task queue was experiencing an outage: builds, deploys, service setting changes, environment creation, and deployment removals were failing or significantly delayed due to that.
