DNS mapping is completed, but URL still says 
not secure

I have purchased nammacircle.in from godaddy. I have set the
cname www hsnis8zx.up.railway.app

Can you please help as the site is not secure. Perhaps issues with SSL Certs?

On railway, however, it says it is secure
