i have added the dns record in my domain records in my domain management for more than 72 hours and still not working.

Check these points,
1. Check Your Nameservers, (whois.com) and search your domain.
Check: Do the "Nameservers" match the provider where you added that ALIAS record?
Check your DNS list again. Do you see any Conflicting "A" Records for @ (or "Parking" records)? If yes delete them.
Verify the Target if
string.up.railway.appis the exact domain provided in your Railway "Custom Domain" settings.
