Does bucket have private networking?

I don't see any private networking option in settings tab for bucket, only Endpoint URL on Credentials tab. Does access from the same project to bucket's Endpoint URL cost egress fee?

Hi there,

Any egress from railway, no matter the resource, will incur egress fees.
