My domain tecpoint.net.br is completely trapped in Railway system and this is blocking my entire business operations.

CURRENT SITUATION:

- Domain: www.tecpoint.net.br

- Problem: Shows Railway error page "The train has not arrived at the station"

- Railway SSL certificate is still active on my domain

- I deleted ALL Railway projects months ago

- I moved my website to UOL Host (new hosting provider)

BUSINESS IMPACT:

This Railway connection is preventing my new hosting (UOL Host) from working properly. When customers visit my website, they see Railway error instead of my actual business website.

WHY THIS IS URGENT:

1. My business website is completely offline for customers

2. Railway SSL certificate conflicts with my new hosting

3. DNS cannot point to UOL Host because Railway is intercepting the domain

4. This has been ongoing for months - major business loss

WHAT I NEED:

Please COMPLETELY REMOVE tecpoint.net.br from Railway system:

- Remove domain from all Railway databases

- Remove Railway SSL certificate for this domain

- Remove ALL DNS/certificate references

- Ensure domain can connect to other hosting providers
