My OTPs are not sending to my customer via Email. But my other services are sending but this particular one isn't sending

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:

Hello,
Outbound SMTP connections are disabled on Railway to prevent abuse and protect our IP reputation.
For sending emails from your application, please use a dedicated email service that provides HTTPS APIs. More information can be found in our documentation:

You will need to do a full redeploy of your service for the new allow rules to take effect.
