Failed to deploy template

Hi! I've just upgrade to Hobby plan because I have already a service and databse deployed, but no matter what I try to create it fails... I'm trying to create a n8n template. These are the errors I keep getting.

Failed to deploy template

I've tried creating only a database, same errors:

Failed to deploy PostgreSQL

Failed to deploy Redis

I have all $5 budget.
