As a freelancer, I often need to transfer services from my account to client accounts. Currently, this process can be quite cumbersome and time-consuming when working directly within client accounts.

Feature Request:

I would greatly appreciate if Railway could implement a streamlined service transfer function that would allow freelancers like myself to easily transfer services to client accounts. This would significantly improve our workflow efficiency and reduce the complexity of managing multiple client projects.
