Getting "404 Looks Like You Are Lost Message" after dragging and dropping docker-compose.yml file

I dragged and dropped the docker-compose.yml file for OpenLit onto the dashboard and then got "404 Looks Like You Are Lost Message"
I have since tried to get back to any of my dashboards using both a regular and private browser mode and still get the same message.
