My Railway service is connected to luka-duj/kompensa_migration on GitHub, but deployment is blocked with:
No GitHub installation found for repo: luka-duj/kompensa_migration
In the service settings, the repository is shown as connected, but Railway also shows “GitHub Repo not found.”
Already tried:
Installing/configuring the Railway GitHub App with access to the repository
Disconnecting and reconnecting the repository
Confirming the repository is found in Railway’s picker
Has anyone found a self-service fix for this state?
I found closely related recent reports suggesting a stale Railway-side GitHub installation token/cache:

https://station.railway.com/questions/org-repo-not-selectable-after-transfer-e343e780

In particular, I would like to know whether creating a replacement service is a viable workaround, or whether there is another way to force Railway to refresh the GitHub installation mapping without uninstalling/reinstalling the GitHub App.

The autodeploy troubleshooting docs list two steps beyond what you've tried: on the project canvas, click Add > GitHub Repository > Refresh to force a cache refresh, and if that doesn't resolve it, fully uninstall the Railway GitHub App from your GitHub installations page and then reinstall it with access to the repo. Creating a new service pointing to the same repo can also work as a workaround, since the new service establishes a fresh installation mapping.
