I recently renewed my subscription payment about 3 hours ago, but I'm still unable to deploy my PostgreSQL database and my website remains offline.

Here are the specific issues I'm experiencing:

  • When clicking the "Deploy database" button, I receive the error: "There was an error deploying the database"

  • My database shows: " Deployment Online - This service requires a deployment to be online"

  • I cannot locate the billing section in my dashboard to verify payment status

  • My website remains inaccessible despite the payment being processed

Hello! I've checked the suggested threads but my issue is different.

My specific problem:
- I already made my subscription payment 3+ hours ago
- My PostgreSQL database won't deploy and shows error
- This seems to be a billing/payment activation issue rather than a technical configuration problem

Could a human support agent please help me verify my payment status and activate my database deployment?

This is your domain's unsuccessful payment verification.

Your payment for needs to be verified by your hosting service. Also you need to verify DNS records at any cloud based workspace. If you need any help you can tell me.

Hey. After completing your payment you need to verify the payment transaction from your DNS provider registrar or administrator. You need to contact your administrator from your domain panel for payment verification.

After that you can configure Database deployment on railway server.

My DNS(domain) is active. I wondered if I already paid my hosting in Railway I am still seeing that it is expired???? As you can tell in the screenshot added to this message??

Hey, you do not have an active plan and can therefore not deploy anything. Can you show a screenshot of your billing page? You may have just paid an outstanding invoice, in which case you will have to upgrade to a paid plan again.

Hey, I have asked the team and you have only paid an old outstanding invoice. You will have to subscribe to a plan again to continue using Railway.
