Hi, I'm trying to buy the Develop version, the one that costs $5, but when I enter my card details, it's declined because it tries to charge me about five times that price. I try to pay again, and the amount keeps changing. Could you help me?

There are only Hobby and Pro plans, with Hobby costing a minimum of $5 monthly and Pro $20 monthly. Note that you will be billed for any extra resource usage, so that might be what's happening here.

There's also an option to set hard limits in case you don't want to pay extra, but note that it'll shut down the project once the limit is reached.
