We recently deployed our service ether-api on Railway, and we are currently experiencing high latency issues after deployment.

The API response times have increased significantly, which is impacting the overall application performance.

Please let us know if you need any additional details from our side.

Can we schedule a call to fix this asap?

We don't offer live calls on the Pro plan - all support runs through this thread. That said, the root cause here is that your Redis service is not running in the environment. Your ether-api logs show it cannot connect to redis.railway.internal:6379, which is causing the ~15 second login latency as the connection pool times out. Deploying and running Redis in the same environment should resolve this.
