Hello, I am a paying customer on the Hobby Plan (Project:
perpetual-prosperity).My n8n service (
Primary) is experiencing connection timeouts on all outbound HTTPS requests (e.g., toapi.ipify.organd my SAP server at200.85.243.3).Your own "Outbound Networking" documentation confirms that Hobby plans should be able to use HTTPS APIs (like SendGrid, Resend, etc.). My service, however, cannot connect to any HTTPS endpoint.
Could you please check my project's network settings to see why all outbound HTTPS traffic is being blocked? Thank you.

Message: Hello, the automated response did not solve my issue. The links provided are not relevant (they are for SMTP or just a link to my own ticket).
I am a paying customer on the Hobby Plan (Project: perpetual-prosperity).
My n8n service (Primary) is still experiencing connection timeouts on all outbound HTTPS traffic (e.g., to api.ipify.org and my SAP server).
Your own documentation states that HTTPS APIs (like Resend, etc.) should work on the Hobby plan. Please have a human support agent review my project's network settings to see why all my egress traffic is blocked.
