As previously mentioned in your support ticket, that was not an official response from the Railway team.
I cannot identify any instance where you were mistreated by employees (I should also clarify that conductors are not Railway employees). Based on the information available, they responded courteously and provided an explanation of the situation.

As stated in the thread, the reason you were unable to log in is because of an active incident, which has since been resolved. You mentioned you were leaving Railway because of it, which is your choice. You have all the information you need to continue
