i want to use sendgrid in my railways website to i can send emails from it

but it is telling me to

my host is railway and i cant find that where do i can do what sendgrid is telling me to do

the records have 3 cnames and 1 txt

for each cname/txt it is giving me a host and a value

and yeah, you will see failed on my latest deploy of my code-plagiarism-checker aka romantic-friendship project because it needs a sendgrid env variable to setup, and to setup that variable i need to add those dns
