HTTPS record instead of CNAME on Godaddy

I am trying to add custom root domain registered on Godaddy.

Instruction tells me to create CNAME record with name = @ for provided railway url.
Godaddy does not accept @ for CNAME, but it support to create HTTPS record with name=@ and railway url.

As far as I understand, HTTPS is modern way to redirect @ to railway url. Please, add support for HTTPS along with CNAM

Hey, feature requests should be submitted as a feedback. As for adding your root domain to Railway now, the way to do this, is to change your domain's name servers to Cloudflare's as they support CNAME flattening. The documentation for changing your domain's name servers to Cloudflare can be found here.
