My fundamental problem is that I shouldn't have to comprimise the quality of the software to get it running on Railway. I could do this on Fargate or k8s.

just to get something testable.

that would be like AWS disallowing open source tools for white hat purposes. plenty of businesses are built on security

does every company that uses white hat hacking tools for clients need to go through ARIN to get their own IPs now in order to do business with any cloud provider?
