Also maybe someone can explain how do this prices works. I mean when current usage will grow, how sharp it will grow, depends on what it is growing at all.

The Hobby plan on Railway costs $5 per month, which includes $5 worth of resource usage. This means that if your total resource usage for the billing period is $5 or less, you won't be charged extra. However, if you exceed this $5 usage, you'll be billed for the additional amount.

Regarding the $4 charge you mentioned, this amount may reflect some of your resource usage during the billing cycle. Even if you believe you haven't actively used the services yet, some background processes or services might still incur costs.

To get a clearer understanding of your usage and charges, you can check your resource usage details on your Workspace Usage page, which provides a breakdown of your resource consumption. This can help you identify where the charges are coming from and adjust your usage if needed.
