i have requested a refund because you have charged me a plan 20$ of month and I haven´t requested that plan. I want to have the old plan and also my workspace please.

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
🧵 What will I get in 5$ Hobby Plan? 5$ Credits or Whole Plan for one month?
🧵 if I upgrade to the hobby plan, is there a way to cap usage at 5$ a month?
🧵 if i take hobby plan does the 5$ will deduct after 1 month

I'm seeing that you have successfully downgraded to the Pro plan, but your usage is higher than $5. Here's how it works:
The Hobby plan costs $5/mo. You are charged upfront for the subscription cost, and the minimum amount you pay is $5/mo with $5 of usage included (it is not a discount). To summarize:
Minimum Cost: $5/mo buys you $5 in usage. This is the minimum cost for using Railway on the Hobby plan.
Usage Under $5: You are still charged $5.
Usage Over $5: You are charged $5 + any additional usage you incur.
