Hello,

I attempted to make a payment several times, but my card was declined each time. However, I noticed that $1 was charged for each failed attempt.

I would like to know when these charges will be refunded.

Hey! In our records it's showing that you currently have an active subscription to the Hobby plan. As for the $1 charges, these are temporary authorization charges done by our payment processor to check the validity of the provided payment method. These charges are automatically refunded and it may take a few days for the money to reach your bank account. Hope this helps.
