Is it possible to revover the data from my previous pro plan

I handed over the project but the team require a backup of prod which I purged locally. if i upgrade will i be able to access a backup of the DB?

Backups are not created unless you enable them, and you cannot enable them unless you're on Pro. If you have not created a backup, and you deleted the database, the data is gone.
