Subject: Data Loss/Recovery Request: Missing finance.db file after deployment (Project ID: [f5bc492b-b678-4869-9c03-a35e589bdbef])

Body:

Dear Railway Support Team,

My project (ID: [f5bc492b-b678-4869-9c03-a35e589bdbef]) is a Telegram bot that uses an SQLite file named finance.db for its data storage.

Following my most recent deployment (around [around 1:45 PM UZT today (October 28, 2025)]), all data within the finance.db file appears to have been lost, and the database seems to have reset or been recreated from scratch.

I suspect this is due to an issue with persistent storage not being correctly configured for the finance.db file in the environment.

I kindly request your assistance with the following:

  1. Could you please check if there is a backup or snapshot available from a previous successful deployment or state where the finance.db file still contained the user data?

  2. If a recoverable version of the file (finance.db) exists, could you please either provide it to me for download or assist with restoring it to the current container?

The data contained in this file is crucial for my users. Thank you very much for your help and support on this matter.

Sincerely, [Behzod]

Did you have a volume attached to the SQLite file named finance.db ?

If you did I recommend reading on the documentation.

The backup feature enables data recovery for all content stored in volumes. This includes both our database offerings and any other data stored within a volume, such as an SQLite database.
