Issues with Cassandra and TCP Proxy

I created a Cassandra instance and I'm not able to connect to it using cqlsh.
The same configuration in localhost works fine, and I can also connect to the remote instance using Rust's crate scylla.
Are there any specifics on Railway's TCP Procy (e.g. SSL)? Something that the crate takes care of but cqlsh dosen't.
Thanks
