Should I wait for full CP recovery before making infrastructure changes (adding volumes, env vars), or is it safe to proceed?

There is no guaranteed time of resolution but because this is a platform-wide issue I assume all hands to be actively working on it.

I was looking through the uptime status logs and this appears to be potentially a issue that has been impacting instances for the past week or so.. Yesterday there was a similar update of downtime issues.

Just hit up the management. They can pull an Elon Musk and start ripping out live servers at the datacenter and then wonder why things are failing. Maybe Kubernette guy can assist.. with pushing out live changes at the same time

Umm.. It was Elon's fault.. The self driving car figured he could get a car wash and "beach day" all in one..

It will be resolved when it get's resolved. Check the status page.. Everyone is in the same boat.

If you need 24/7 365 day a year uptime. With phone support. You can pay $2000+ a month for equinox and have load balancing across multiple data centers and services. Otherwise, I am sure your Whatsapp bot can wait till things get fixed.

No I agree. Communications could be a lot better. An email saying there is server problems or a link to their status page at the least... But downtime is very infrequent by the looks of it ..

Hmm.. I was looking for how to contact support, since thinking about it. Now it seems very strange there is not at a minimum even a support ticket system...

Users on the Pro plan receive direct support from Railway through Central Station, with typical response times of 3-5 business days. Please note that the Pro tier does not include SLOs or application-level support.

Enterprise & Business Class

Organizations requiring SLOs and enhanced support should consider upgrading to Business Class support. Please refer to the Business Class section for comprehensive details.

Even shared hosting from some guy running a server out of his dorm room or closet, has at a minimum a ticket system. Waiting around 3-5 business days, is insane. Sounds like Railways needs a better marketing/engineering/service dept.
