Your database deployment crashed 3 months ago on our Legacy infrastructure. That Legacy hardware has since been decommissioned and is no longer available.

During our Metal migration period, we migrated active, functioning deployments. Since your database was offline when the migration occurred, it wasn't eligible for automatic migration to Metal infrastructure.

Unfortunately, we're now well past the migration timeframe, so the database cannot be recovered or brought back online.

I’m not quite sure I understand.

I experienced issues due to the migration, for which I opened a support ticket, and your team resolved them. Now, weeks later, I’m being told that it has broken again and that nothing can be done?

I need more clarification and guidance to sort this out.

I've brought it back online, but there were no tables in it.

How can I recover my data? Restoring from backup will work? Please, tell me how can I avoid future problems like this.
