I tried all the possible movable elements, clickable links, in the RAILWAY interface but I am unable to locate. Please help me - Thanks

Where is the managed Postgres service attached to this project (acceptable-kindness) that corresponds to my DATABASE_URL host yamanote.proxy.rlwy.net?

That host is a shared host, so with that information alone, I am unable to track it down for you. You would need to provide both the host and port, which together are unique to your database and would allow me to identify it.
