Greetings,
I have realized that from today evening when using mtn internet in Uganda, I can neither reach railway dashboard or any of my apps. Is there anything you can do to have it fixed?

when I change to another internet provider, things work fine but that might not favor all apps users

This seems like the ISP is blocking the traffic. Railway can't do anything about this, and your only option would be to use a VPN.
This is a known issue with MTN Uganda (https://station.railway.com/questions/mtn-uganda-isp-cannot-reach-railway-com-ce6c560c). To confirm yours is the same thing: is the error a connection timeout, and does it start working the moment you connect a VPN? If so, that's definitely the issue.
