When deploying the template n8n-with-workers by Jack I click on the primary url and am met with a white screen and this message 'n8n is starting up. please wait.' This has lasted 48h now, after reviewing the logs I can see that the primary and worker are in a bootup cycle. My previous deployments of this template work as intended, any new ones do not. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

I deployed this template today, and it worked fine for me. Would you please try deleting all services related to your template deployment and do a fresh deployment? Did you also configure a setting in the new deployment that is different from the former ones?

Hello,

This is because you have IPv4 private networking enabled, there is a know issue with IPv4 private networking that causes connections to hang indefinitely, and that is what you are seeing, n8n waiting for it's database connection.

Please disable that feature flag and deploy the template from scratch.
