Earlier today this happened and when trying to redeploy i got error and workers would crash after finally deploying again. This seemed to be a broader issue with other reporting it.
Despite the dash showing everything's fine all my n8n executions are being queued. I would say this was a me issue if it didn't already happen earlier

a restart seems to have resolved this but its un uncomfortable occurrence that's occurred twice today. Is there any detail on why and what I might do to resolve future occurrence's?
