n8n whatsapp trigger not receiving msgs

I set a new workflow using whatsapp trigger on message node but this does not show the incoming messages. Try everything but failed. I had a go in n8n web site and do work normally so I think is sth related with railway. Appreciate any help

Heyy,

Could you share more info like how the WhatsApp trigger is configured, whether the webhook URL is public and reachable, or any logs from n8n.
