I'm experiencing an issue where all my n8n workflows have been automatically deleted from my deployment.
Description of the issue: All workflows I had deployed in my n8n instance have been removed without any action on my part. The workflows were functioning normally before this occurred.
Project Details:
Project: TN AI Project 1 / Primary / production
Service: n8n
Status: deleted
What I need:
Understanding why the workflows were deleted
Assistance in recovering the workflows if possible
Prevention of this issue in the future
I have Railway Pro and would appreciate urgent assistance with this matter as it has disrupted my operations.

Hi - can you tell me what you are using for storage in your project?
Aside from n8n what other services are you running in the project? n8n requires persistent storage (either Postgres or mounted volume) otherwise container restarts will result in the loss of workflows.

I am only using n8n service in the project.

Hello, I received same email from N8N, but I think it's only N8N side, the data is stored by railway+services - Then pushed to their GUI ?
I am concerned how to manage this + postgres + redis ?
I'm taking over from the dev who set this up so dont really know how to use/manage any of these services.
Theres also a version update from N8N since this was setup.
Also one available for Railway but I havn't done either.
