Network problems

Around September 4, 19:20 UTC 0, huge network problems began between the services and with external ones (There were problems both before and after. But that was the peak of the problems - the services fell off when communicating with the database (different, the problem is definitely not in the code)). The problem is permanent, that is, it appears "sometimes" and it cannot be our fault on all services.

Projects:

255b9412-6b59-457e-8c73-8c034a25d41e - Even today, this issue has been reproduced

cfd7115f-c78d-4ced-95fa-7fd76d99c478 - Approximately September 4, 19:20 UTC 0 started and lasted 3 hours (complete unavailability)

Very often, something happens with RabbitMQ (I understand about our possible problem with retry, but this is not fixed even by restarting services). We have a lot of projects working with 22291f03-77c3-4722-a922-061b4bcd99ea rabbitmq

And if there are network problems, they are not solved by rebooting. Time passes, and everything returns to normal. This happens for at least a month. September 4-5 is the longest.

Hi, between August 29th until September 9th an issue was introduced that would cause TCP connections to reset/timeout. Can you check if the issue is persisting past the 9th and let us know. I see all the examples given are before the fix.
