Not creating redis in my prod env - command line or web

I am setting up shAI dev and prod env. I setup dev with postgres and redis. But in prod, I tried creating redis multiple times through command line as well as through web. It doesn't create it.

Can you provide a little more detail here? What errors are you getting? What are the steps to reproduce?

There was no error. Just nothing happened. After trying 5-6 times on cli and 2-3 on web, I ended up deleting that entire project (it was just being setup). Recreated everything on web and now it seems to be ok.
