Payment Charged But Invoice Still Unpaid – $5 Subscription Issue

Hi Railway Support Team,

I’m facing an issue where my SadaPay card was successfully charged $5.00 for my Railway subscription (charged as Rs. 308.16 PKR on 08 August 2025 at 2:28 PM PST), but my account still shows an unpaid invoice and is preventing me from upgrading to the Hobby plan.

Please note:

  • Funds were always available.
  • The charge has been confirmed by my card provider (SadaPay).
  • The card number used ends in 4152.
  • The merchant listed is Railway San Francisco CA.

I have already sent an email regarding this, but I am submitting here as well for quicker resolution. Please help verify and mark the invoice as paid.

Dear Railway Support Team,

Thank you for reviewing my earlier message. I’d like to follow up and clarify that:

  • My account was granted the standard $5.00 in free trial credits.
  • My actual usage was only around $1.09, which should have been fully covered by those credits.
  • However, I was still charged Rs. 308.16 (approximately $1.09 USD) on 08 August 2025, which seems to be for this usage.

It appears that the free credits were not properly applied, and I was incorrectly billed for usage that should’ve been covered by the trial plan.

Request:

Kindly review the billing and either:

  • Refund the Rs. 308.16 charged to my card (ending in 4152), or
  • Re-credit the $5 trial balance and deduct the $1.09 from that instead.

Please let me know if you need any additional screenshots or transaction details.
