I'm one day away from the end of the free plan, and I already paid for it, but it says I didn't. I paid three times, and they took my money three times, but they didn't give me the $5 plan.

Hello,

The $1 charges are authorization holds placed on your card to verify that the card is valid. The holds will be removed within a few days by your bank.
