2025-08-13 18:44:47.984 UTC [2] DETAIL: The data directory was initialized by PostgreSQL version 16, which is not compatible with this version 17.5 (Debian 17.5-1.pgdg120+1).
I've seen other topics started about the same issue. The image its using is ghcr.io/railwayapp-templates/postgres-ssl which is 16 already.

I set the image source as:
postgres:16
and it worked. I guess the issue was the image.
