I started with the free tier to up my instances on railway and then when i finished i moved to the hobby tier, but i'm not sure if my postgress instance is working fine and will not be shutdown in a moment, and i don't know where i can't change it or move into a secure db.
Because i know that the free tier db instances has a period of test, then they are shutdown

Your postgres instance has some errors in the logs, but would only be shut down if you don't pay your invoice or have usage limits set and it goes over them.
