I have the railway app installed im my windpws computer since a year ago. I can.t unshield the funds I have in my shielded account and don´t know what the problem is. It keepd giving me an tarnsaction failed message and I have funds enough in my account to pay the transaxtion fee´s. I am sending attached one of the error mesaages I am recieving. The railway app verson is 5.19.1

I was not aware that there is a official Railway app for windows? I might be mistaken but I do not think that is official.
