Dear Railway Billing Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
Following up on my previous message regarding the unpaid $5 invoice dated July 17, 2025, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving this matter.
After contacting my bank, I was informed that the transaction history from the online debit card I used is no longer accessible. The card was a temporary virtual debit issued via the BNI Mobile Banking app, which has since migrated to a new platform ("Wondr"). Unfortunately, this new system no longer supports virtual debit cards, and as a result, I am currently unable to make payments—even though the funds are available.
In light of this, I kindly request that my subscription be canceled. I understand any resulting service disruption or data loss that may occur as a result of this cancellation.
Additionally, I respectfully ask that my associated GitHub account not be blocked or restricted, as it is my primary development account and an important part of my workflow. While I am currently unable to continue the subscription, I hope to return in the future once my payment method is restored.
Thank you for your time, patience, and understanding. Please let me know if any further action is required on my part.
Best regards,
Rafii Anindito

Hey there,
You can cancel your subscription in the billing page: https://railway.app/account/billing.
Once you acquire a new, supported payment method, you'll be able to settle any outstanding invoice to resume services.
Best,
The Railway Team
