I am experiencing an urgent issue that is blocking my development work.

Current Problem:

- My old project is stuck in "Service will be deleted" status for an extended period

- I cannot deploy my new backend project because the free plan allows only one project

- New deployments are failing due to network configuration issues

Specific Issues:

1. Deletion Delay: My previous project has been in "Service will be deleted" state for several hours without completion.

2. New Backend Blocked: When attempting to create a new backend service:

- Network setup fails to initialize properly

- Deployment process cannot start

- System seems to recognize the old project as still active

3. Plan Limitation: The free plan's single-project limit is preventing me from proceeding with essential backend work.

Request:

Please manually force the deletion of my stuck project to free up my account for new deployments. The automatic deletion process appears to be hung.
