I can't change my project visibility. Is this premium function only? And so i can't post my backend and base on the internet for free then

Yes, google one(google cloud APIs & Services, for the ability to log in with google on my website), but i can't change from private to public in project settings.

no no, sorry, private -> to public, the button is just half grey and do not allow me to change
