Railway app installed to Github, but repo not listed

Hello. (I have searched the forum here but not found the exact issue.) TLDR is: installed the Railway App with a single repo visible to it; it is not showing in Railway.

I'm setting up a new deployment from a new github repo on a different github organisation than I usually use. FYI I've gone through the usual Settings -> Source Repo -> Connect Repo button, then logged in with the correct github account, and selected a single repository, then clicked the Update Access button. Github itself then gives an error, 'This action must be performed by an organization owner', and so I asked the owner to do the same thing (had to share my Railway login, so it would be really nice to have some kind of token URL for actions like this.)

The owner screenshared and Github shows the Railway App as installed and connected to the repo.

However, when he or I are logged into Railway, in the Connect Repo dialog, I see a whole lot of repositories I have connected in the past, but do not see the new one. Nor does it shown when filtering. And clicking Configure Github App takes either of us through the same flow of installing again.

How do we get the repo the Railways app is installed into, to show in the github list?

Hello - is there any possible input on this, including from Railway staff, please?

I believe this should work. I'm in the situation of using Railway myself, encouraging it to other people, and having it visibly fail at once of the key steps (easy deployment.) The outcome will likely be they'll use something else. It's also embarrassing for me since I advocated Railway.

Same around here. Pretty important for UX and it's not working

Glad I'm not the only one. Re UX, do you know of a workaround - how to connect Railway without using its own settings?

Perhaps there's some way via the command line tool but it will make it a pretty hard sell to the folks I was trying to demo Railway to.

try to delete that install service and then connect again to that repo. which will listed in new one
