Railway deducted me $2, just because they declined my prepaid card as my payment method.
If you don't accept prepaid card, why do you have to deduct my card?

Hello,
The $1 USD charges are authorization holds placed on your card to verify that the card is valid. The holds will be removed within a few days by your bank.
