I have a middle sized app that using .netCore API and postgreSQL with angular Frontend. This app wants to run in UAE. can i host it with Railway

hey, if youre talking about regions, Railway doesn't have something in the UAE. They do in EU West / Southeast Asia, which you can read up on railway docs here
latency won't be high since theyre located in Amsterdam/Netherlands for EU West, and Singapore for Southeast Asia.
