Hello,

I'm contacting you regarding an attempt to switch from the free offer to the Hobby subscription on your platform.

I first tried to pay with a prepaid card, which was not accepted. I then tried using a standard bank card, which also failed. However, despite these unsuccessful attempts, I have noticed that sums have been debited from my bank account.

I would therefore be grateful if you could reimburse the amounts wrongly debited and check that my account remains in free mode, as it was initially.
